I know you need a break. I know you're probably hung over from whatever sick drinking games you thought up while watching the Globes last night. But it's time to face facts: The Golden Globes are only the beginning of Awards Season. Yes what you've just witnessed, the bronzer, the unnatural cleavage, the platitudes from megastar mouths: it's only the beginning.

The only thing that's ended is "precursor season." Awards season is just getting started. The sooner that you accept this sorry fate the better off you'll be. Especially if you visit this blog.
