My press pass arrived in the mail this week for the annual Fringe Festival. I've been a few times over the years. Though I've never stumbled into something as brilliant as Urinetown (a famous Fringe alum) in its pupa stage, there's always that possibility. NY Theater has a handy preview by type. What should I see? If you're a NY reader do you ever go? Obviously I'll consider the musicals first but I might check out Alchemist of Light, a comedy of some sort (again... you never know) about cinematic pioneer George Méliès. When I first started getting into cinema, I got a kick out of Le Voyage dans la Lune (1902).
